1. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may be chargeable.

2. Identity Verification

As per Indian law, all guests are required to present a valid, government-approved photo ID at check-in — Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport with visa. We reserve the right to refuse check-in in the absence of valid identification.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or written confirmation from Shree Niwas. Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice for unconfirmed enquiries.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in: full refund of advance paid.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance paid.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or no-shows: no refund.

5. Guest Conduct & House Rules

• Guests are expected to maintain reasonable quiet hours out of respect for other guests.
• Any damage caused to homestay property during the stay will be chargeable to the guest.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are permitted only in designated areas, in line with local regulations.
• Shree Niwas reserves the right of admission and may refuse or discontinue a stay in case of misconduct.

6. Liability

Shree Niwas will take reasonable care of guests' safety and belongings but is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where caused by our proven negligence.

7. Force Majeure

In the event we are unable to honour a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (natural calamity, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer a full rescheduling option or refund at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
